Science Leaders
The Science Team works together to promote a love of science across the school by helping to lead activities, support experiments, and encourage curiosity in others. These students may assist teachers during science lessons, organise events like Science Week, and help take care of resources, science equipment, or sustainability projects.
We have science leaders to give students a voice in shaping science learning, to build confidence and teamwork, and to inspire their peers to get involved in scientific thinking and discovery. Science leaders act as role models, showing that science is for everyone and that asking questions, exploring ideas, and solving problems can make a difference in our world.
Students are provided the opportunity to nominate themselves and write a letter/poster as to why they would like to be on the Science Team each year.
