Camps and Excursions
At Stockdale Road Primary School, Camps and Excursions are an integral and essential part of the school program. Camps, Excursions and Visiting Performances provide direct and real-life learning experiences, which are followed up in the classroom. Students in Years 3 to 6 attend one camp per year to support their social, emotional and physical development.
Camps, Excursions and Visiting Performances are planned well in advance and parents are notified via Compass. You will receive a notification in Compass for an Event which requires parent/carer consent to attend. Costs for all these activities are kept to a minimum.
-
- Camps – Camp payments are structured in instalments, starting with a deposit followed by scheduled payments for the remaining balance.
- Excursions – This includes payment for trips to special venues, visiting performances, sporting activities and swimming. Parents are notified in advance with full details and associated costs.
Note: All of our school Camps and Excursions require consent to attend in Compass. A detailed medical and behaviour form is also required for camps.
CSEF Eligibility
Families holding a valid Health Care Card (HCC) may be eligible for the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF), which provides an annual payment to the school to help cover the costs of these activities. Application forms are available from the school office and must be submitted by the end of Term 2 each year, along with a copy of your current HCC.
Payment Options
Our preferred payment methods include EFTPOS, BPAY, and Compass Pay. Cash payments are also accepted if needed.
