If your child has asthma, it’s essential that we have the right support in place at school.
What You Need to Provide:

A current Asthma Plan signed by your child’s doctor

A Ventolin inhaler
-
A spacer device
Please ensure these items are kept in your child’s school bag at all times. The asthma plan should also be handed in at the school office (we’re happy to make a copy for you if needed).
If your child no longer requires an asthma plan, please let the office know.
